Eva Quistorp, MEP a.D., Women for Peace and Ecology,Berlin August 9, 1945. Born in the month when the first two nuclear bombs in their destructive ongoing so-called power were thrown on Hiroshima and Nagasaki, I dedicated my life against nuclear plants and bombs since 1973, when I heard the first time in my life about nuclear power plants and nuclear bombs and saw the pictures of women in Hiroshima trying to give their breast to their suffering children and suffering themselves the heat and the radiation. I was an organizer of the huge peace rallies in Europe against the nuclear weapons and I support Obama now and the mayor of Hiroshima, women for peace in Berlin at Brandenburg gate. Did a nice ritual this Hiroshima day, putting our wishes for women rights and peoples rights in Teheran and in Hiroshima at an olive tree. This is an old Iranian ritual done by women who send their wishes with the tree leaves. We could do this all in our different cities and revive the wish to have a nuclear-free world full of women's and citizens' rights and tenderness and less greed! Shalom, Salam, Aloha Eva Quistorp

We are each of us angels, with just one wing and we can only fly by embracing each other. Let us each do our part for the collective good of humanity. Peace is within reach.
