We extend our heartfelt condolences to the family of Dr. Horst-Eberhard Richter , who passed away on December 19, 2011. Dr. Richter was instrumental in the founding of IPPNW Germany, and dedicated his life to the abolition of nuclear weapons and the creation of world peace.
