Russia Denies it Violates the INF Treaty. OK, Show It

The U.S. government charges that Russia has violated the Intermediate-range Nuclear Forces (INF) Treaty by testing and deploying a prohibited intermediate-range cruise missile. Russian officials deny the missile in question—the Russian designator 9M729—can fly that far. There is a pathway that might resolve the impasse: the Russian military could exhibit the missile and explain its characteristics to make their point.
